Backordered & Made-to-Order Items: These are standard pieces from my regular collection that are currently out of stock, made using supplies on hand. Shipping: Standard shipping is available across the US. Orders under $85 ship for a $6 flat rate. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges: Your satisfaction is my priority! If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact me within 5 days of delivery. Items must be in unworn condition or have a manufacturing defect to qualify. (Note: Custom orders are final sale.)
Quality Guarantee: Each piece undergoes quality checks for craftsmanship and durability. If you encounter any defects or issues upon receiving your order, please reach out right away so I can make it right.
Jewelry Care: To maintain the brilliance of your handcrafted pieces, avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and excessive moisture. Store in a dry, airtight container when not in use, and use the included polishing cloth to preserve the shine.
Customization: Custom orders – including unique gemstone selections, alternative metals, new designs, or sizes outside my standard range – require extra processing time. I will keep you updated on your piece’s progress. Please note that all custom pieces are non-refundable.
